DTD will work with our customers to ensure they are always thrilled with their DTD purchase. Anything broken or damaged in shipping will be refunded or replaced. If there is an item that you dislike, our hope is that you would use it elsewhere or pass it along to someone else; however, we will refund the returned item happily as it is curcial to us that our customers feel valued and served at the hightest level.
